Call came in from an elderly lady in a panic. She told Animal Control dispatch that her dog’s tether “was stuck in its foot and was trapped and there is blood everywhere”. She stated that she is in her 70’s and lives alone and her neighbors wouldn’t help her. Luckily, I made time between calls to help her and her pup out of a scary situation!
