Police in Rhode Island said Sunday they have a person of interest in custody after the shooting at Brown University that killed two students and wounded nine others.

A driver traveling north in the 300 block of State Road at 4 p.m. Nov. 10 lost control and drove off the side of the roadway striking a ditch and a utility pole. There were no injuries reported and police had no further information at the time of the report.
