After leaving a 23 year career, a Wooster chef built a food business at Local Roots focused on consistency, flavor and community.

Each Thursday, the kitchen at Local Roots Market & Café fills with the smell of fresh bread, vegetables and made-from-scratch meals as chef Bala Fodor prepares lunch for the community.
