    "I went to the Grand Valley Dale Ballroom as a guest at a musical memorial service for a man who had played in a Big Band-era group that often performed there. The ballroom is spacious, with a large dancefloor in the center, surrounded by tables and chairs, and a stage for performers. It was clean and attractive, and the food/drink service was nice. If I were ever to host an event that included dancing and performances, food and drink, etc., I would definitely consider this venue. It would make a great place to host a wedding reception, a 1920s or 30s ball, or a concert that involved dancing. I'm not sure if the dance floor can actually be removed to prevent it from being scratched by other types of events, and I believe that it is marketed primarily as a venue for dancing. It's somewhat remote from downtown Columbus, and it might be slightly difficult to see the entrance to the parking lot at a nighttime event, but it's well worth checking out."

You should use new when you wish an object to remain in existence until you delete it. If you do not use new then the object will be destroyed when it goes out of scope.

Difference between 'new operator' and 'operator new'?
A new expression is the whole phrase that begins with new. So what do you call just the "new" part of it? If it's wrong to call that the new operator, then we should not call "sizeof" the sizeof operator, or & the address-of operator (when it behaves like one).

c# - Difference between new and override - Stack Overflow
new: if the keyword is used by a method, unlike override keyword, the reference type is important. If it is instantiated with derived class and the reference type is base class, the method of base class runs.

What is the Difference Between `new object()` and `new {}` in C#?
Note that if you declared it var a = new { }; and var o = new object();, then there is one difference, former is assignable only to another similar anonymous object, while latter being object, it can be assigned to anything.

javascript - new function () {} vs new Function (); - Stack Overflow
Note, that when a function is called with the new keyword in javascript it exhibits special behavior. In your first statement the constructor function called is an already defined function, Function. As has been pointed out your first statement returns a function while the second returns an object.
